This means, we pray for all beings not only in this universe, but all, in the galaxy, to be happy. This should be the prayer, mankind should pray, every morning and if possible, every moment.

Life is not without problems. Every man or women, from the time he wakes up, till going to bed, has to face, number of situations, expected and unexpected.

It is how you prepare yourself mentally and physically, to face these relentless challenges, either self inflicted or thrusted upon by others.
